About the Facilitator Ms. Janet Tse Tak Chun - Janet has over 7 years of practical experiences in CRM consulting, training and project implementation including much HK, China and Asia exposure. She has more than 10 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing, Business Development and held senior management position in GEM IT companies and China trading business. Janet has over 7 years experience in teaching and coaching CRM, Sales and Marketing, Business Management in different institutes and training centres. She has the experience in providing CRM consulting and training courses with other territory institutes, Banking and Financial companies in HK and China. She graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and held an Honors Diploma in Marketing.
