INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND DOCUMENTATION TRAINING
This is a three days course and it is very comprehensive, provides delegates with practical workshops on Integrated Management System, and demonstrates way to create practical Integrated Management System documentation to comply with the Integrated Management System standard requirements. This course will help client to gain deep understanding in Integrated Management System and enable them to develop their own Integrated Management System.
Course Outline
- Basic understanding of IMS (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001).
- Effective ways for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continual improving the IMS, especially PDCA management system, process approach, environmental aspect, hazard identification, risk assessment and determining of controls, how to manage compliant and nonconformance.
- Introduction to system documentations (e.g. Policy, Objectives, Documented procedures and IMS records.)
- How to prepare documented procedures?
- How to establish and maintain IMS records?
- How to tackle certificate assessment?
- Use workshops, lecturing and case studies to conduct the training.

This course is suitable for personnel with roles and responsibilities in the development, implementation and management of Integrated Management System.
Certification
