Six Sigma Executive Champion Workshop

Six Sigma Champion Training enables senior management professionals to learn more about Six Sigma and to become capable of planning and sponsoring Six Sigma projects. Our training provides a detailed overview of how organizations can successfully deploy Six Sigma to increase productivity.

• Understand how Six Sigma complements and improves upon other approaches to quality improvement and quality management.  Specifically, we will show you in a detail how Six Sigma helps to improve the quality of products and services.
• Understand the fundamental principles and core concepts of Six Sigma;
• Be able to articulate the benefits of Six Sigma for both large and small organizations;
• Recognize areas of opportunity for Six Sigma approach
• Understand how to define problems, not solutions (through the DMAIC approach to problem solving from the customer perspective);
• Understand the roles and accountabilities within a typical Six Sigma deployment;
• Understand the critical success factors of Six Sigma projects;
• Understand how to develop a Six Sigma deployment strategy within your organization.
• Know how to plan and sponsor Six Sigma improvement projects.

Certification

Delegates who successfully complete the course will be issued a certificated by SGS Hong Kong Ltd.
