Energy efficiency has become a key item in most operating entities in Hong Kong in consideration of optimizing business efficiency and maximizing cost avoidance opportunities. In carrying out energy saving programs, the saving performance shall usually be the most critical but arguable element that will impact on the success of the projects. Measurement and verifications (M&V) on energy performance in a professional manner has been advocated since 1990's. It has been developed and become on international protocol that covers wide range of situations of energy sawing programs. Through this course .you will understand the basic principles of applying M&V in energy saving programs.
