This course enables delegates to have an understanding of TS16949 implementation, principles and skills for effectively conducting a TS16949 internal audit. It will introduce the core tools for implementation which includes the requirements and their mutual relations of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process), FMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control).
