ISO 22000:2005 FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS + PAS 220:2008 AWARENESS COURSE (FSSC 22000 – FOOD SAFETY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION STANDARD)
FSSC 22000, Food Safety System Certification standard, is the latest certification scheme for food manufacturers based on the integration of ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems standard and Publicly Available Specification PAS 220:2008. Supported by the Confederation of the Food and Drink Industries of the European Union (CIAA), FSSC 22000 has been approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) with the encouragement to move it to full implementation.
(PAS 220 is for food manufacturers only, not for ALL organisation), this course is designed to facilitate organizations and individuals to understand the requirements of food safety management system with newly published specification - PAS 220:2008
