Ir. Dr. Francis Kua
PhD, MSc, MBA, CEng, RQM, RQP(BB), FHKQMA, MIET, MHKIE, Sr.ASQ

Ir. Dr. Francis Kua is engineering professional and senior executive in quality, engineering, Eco system, operations and logistics with over 30 years’ practical experiences in wide scope of commodities manufacturing industries. He looked after thousands of suppliers in Global 500 Fortunes companies during his employment histories.

Francis is currently an Executive Director of Constraint Management Centre in the application of TOC, Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial engineering, project management in the supply chain management; managing people the holistic approach to improve enterprise business performances. Francis has been involved in wide range of corporate trainings, consulting services and coaching SME CEO to improve their sales, operations, supply and distributions as well as net profit within a short period and least investment.

In the seminar, Francis will share the experiences of making white elephants survival in the Tsunami.
