We consume food on a daily basis, and many of the fruits and vegetables sold nowadays could contain OC (Organochlorine) and OP (Organophosphorus) pesticides which can cause adverse health effects. Vegetables such as pak choy, choy sum, kale, spinach and broccoli, and fruits such as apples, peaches and berries are some examples of foods that may contain pesticide residue.
