INTRODUCTION OF FOOD GRADE, DMF AND UPDATE REQUIREMENT ON EN60335-2-9 A12 AMENDMENT FOR ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS PRODUCTS

Food Grade - to secure high level of protection of human health and the interests of consumers, products with materials intended to come into contact directly or indirectly with food shall comply with Food Grade requirements in different countries before placing on he market.

Dimethylfurmarate (DMF) - effective from 1 May 2009, products containing DMF shall not be placed on the market.

EN60335-2-9 A12 amendment has affected most of the manufacturer on Grill, Toaster Oven.

Throughout this seminar, you shall have better know how on the requirements that you needed to comply with respect to your products.
